Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page in your account — your access continues until the end of the current paid period and your card is never charged again.
What is the Application Assistant?
The Application Assistant helps you apply faster. Every plan — including Free — lets you save your best answers to common application questions and copy them into any form. On Pro and Power it also drafts tailored answers and a cover letter for a specific job, grounded in your resume and a short voice questionnaire — in your own voice, never invented. You edit everything before you send it. Pro includes 15 AI drafts a month and Power includes 50, plus one-click clean-up of any saved answer.
What happens to my saved jobs if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your kanban board, dismiss history, and resume stay exactly as they are. The Free daily cap (5 per day) only applies to NEW matches found after the downgrade — your existing matches and history are untouched. If your board holds more than 50 tracked applications, they all stay too; you just can't add new ones until you're back under the Free limit or upgrade again.
How many matches will I see per day?
It depends on your search criteria and what the job market is posting — we surface what genuinely matches rather than padding the feed to hit a number. Free is capped at 5 new matches per day. Pro and Power have no cap and show every job that matches, which for a focused search is typically anywhere from a handful to a few dozen per day.
Will I get notified when a strong match is found?
Every plan can get the daily digest email — your top new matches plus a 24-hour activity snapshot. Power adds real-time match alerts: the moment a fresh posting clears the match-score threshold you set (default 80%), we email you within the hour, bundled into a single alert so you're never spammed. You can change the threshold or turn alerts off any time from your notification settings.
Why are LinkedIn and ATS sources gated behind a paid plan?
Both feed in through paid third-party APIs (RapidAPI, TheirStack credits) — every call costs us real money. Keeping them on paid tiers means each free user costs us close to $0 in upstream API fees, which is what makes the free tier sustainable.
Is my card information secure?
Yes. Your card is processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store the number. The card field on our checkout page is a Stripe-hosted iframe, which keeps the entire transaction PCI-compliant.
Can I switch between Pro and Power?
Yes — switch any time from your billing page. Stripe handles proration automatically, so you only pay the difference for the days remaining in the current billing period.
