The role requires 5+ years in analytics or data engineering (ideally as an early hire at a high-growth startup), expert SQL proficiency, hands-on experience with dashboards and metrics frameworks (Metabase/Looker), event data processing tools (Spark/Databricks/ClickHouse), and at least one product analytics platform (Amplitude/Mixpanel/PostHog); data orchestration experience (dbt/Airflow/Dagster) and strong communication skills are table stakes. You'll partner with engineering to expand data capabilities and empower other teams with self-service analytics in a small, mission-driven environment that values velocity and high standards. Blockchain data experience and fintech/payments background are preferred but not required. This is a founding-team role with high autonomy and visibility across the entire business at a company building infrastructure for programmable stablecoins.

Agora is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to build the internal platform that enables their product teams to develop and deploy stablecoins infrastructure with speed and reliability. The role focuses on designing reusable infrastructure abstractions, developer tooling, and platform services—owning TypeScript Pulumi codebases, Kubernetes environments, and monitoring stacks while applying a software engineering mindset to infrastructure problems. You'll need 5+ years of software engineering experience with substantial infrastructure and cloud work, strong TypeScript or typed-language skills, deep knowledge of distributed systems, AWS, and Kubernetes, plus proven ability to build reusable systems rather than one-off solutions. Preferred experience includes SLI/SLO definition, observability improvements, GitOps patterns, internal developer platform work, and production on-call experience. Agora, backed by Paradigm and Dragonfly, is building a full-service USD stablecoin platform and values high-performance teams with extreme ownership; the role requires majority overlap with Eastern Time business hours, with a preference for candidates in ET through ET+2 zones.
