You'll own the full revenue lifecycle—from pipeline management and forecasting to territory design and expansion metrics—sitting at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to turn GTM strategy into execution. The role requires 6+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at high-growth SaaS/infrastructure companies, deep B2B sales funnel expertise, strong Salesforce proficiency, and proven ability to design scalable processes that improve revenue outcomes. Alchemy is a $10.2B Series C company backed by Lightspeed, Silver Lake, and a16z, with leadership from Google, Microsoft, Facebook, and Stanford. Experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or web3 is a nice-to-have but valued given Alchemy's focus. This is a high-leverage, high-ownership role requiring cross-functional influence and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
