At Ando, we're building team messaging from scratch. On the surface, it feels like Slack. Underneath, it's rearchitected for a world where AI agents are real participants in the conversation - not bolted on top as just another app or bot.
Architecture matters to us (hence the company name). An architect designs a building knowing people will spend years of their lives inside it. We build Ando the same way. Because we're building Ando to last, we're patient where it matters (eg technical architecture decisions), but fast-moving and impatient on most other things.
We care less about where you worked or whether you finished school than whether you can build, and whether you care about what you build. Ando is early and the work is hard. But joining now means you'll help shape foundational decisions.
