This Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner role sits within the People team and owns full-cycle recruiting for complex technical engineering requisitions across multiple disciplines including electrical systems, hardware, and manufacturing. Key responsibilities include sourcing hard-to-fill talent through creative channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, patent databases, niche communities), coaching hiring managers on role definition and interview calibration, defining scope for difficult requisitions through market mapping, and driving pipeline metrics and conversion analysis in weekly reviews. You'll need 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting at high-growth startups or deep-tech/hardware companies, proven success recruiting across at least two engineering disciplines, strong sourcing tool proficiency, and the ability to work scrappily in ambiguity—bonus points for experience in physical product companies (EV, aerospace, robotics, marine) or electrification/power systems hiring.
