You'll serve as a bridge between product, marketing, and frontline sales teams, translating complex platform capabilities into clear messaging, training materials, and tools that enable field success during a major organizational transformation. Required experience includes go-to-market or sales enablement background preferably in healthcare SaaS, strong healthcare industry knowledge, ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives, and cross-functional collaboration skills across product, marketing, sales, and customer success. You'll spend significant time with field teams identifying performance gaps, building training programs, refining enablement frameworks, and helping evolve the company's go-to-market strategy in a fast-paced environment.
