BrightAI is hiring a Senior/Staff UX Designer to own the end-to-end user experience across its product surfaces—physical hardware devices, mobile applications, and web dashboards—focused specifically on the Stateful vertical serving B2B customers. You'll translate complex product requirements into intuitive interaction models that work seamlessly across form factors, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to define interaction patterns, information architecture, and visual systems for AI-driven products. Required experience includes 7+ years of UX design with shipped multi-platform products, strong B2B expertise with emphasis on data visualization and geospatial design, complex dashboard/analytics experience, mobile UX across iOS and Android, and the ability to design coherent systems spanning hardware, mobile, and web without fragmentation. As a senior IC, you'll set design quality standards, mentor other designers, define and maintain design systems, and work independently while driving decisions directly with stakeholders. Nice-to-haves include AI product experience, white-label platform design, industrial design or hardware UX, and notably, significant startup experience is preferred over candidates from large non-startup companies. This role expects comprehensive deliverables from user flows and high-fidelity mockups to hardware onboarding experiences and design system stewardship.
