Campfire is hiring a Revenue Product Manager to own the invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition module at the core of its AI-native ERP platform. You'll define strategy and roadmap for the revenue module—covering ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance, deferred revenue, contract modifications, and month-end close workflows—while talking directly to customers (finance teams at companies like Replit and Catlin Gabel) to deeply understand their needs. The role requires 4+ years of deep revenue expertise, ideally from Big 4 accounting or as a revenue accountant, with fluency in the five-step revenue recognition framework and ability to translate complex accounting requirements into elegant product experiences. You'll partner closely with engineering and design to ship features rapidly (idea to production in days), define metrics around time-to-close and recognition accuracy, and stay ahead of evolving accounting standards. Campfire is Y Combinator-backed, funded by Accel and Foundation Capital, and headquartered in San Francisco. The ideal candidate combines strong revenue accounting expertise with product sensibility, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward shipping fast—prior experience at an ERP, billing platform, or revenue recognition software company is a plus but not required.
