Counsel is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise to own the product experience of their AI-enabled healthcare platform inside leading healthcare organizations. You'll balance consumer-facing product work (onboarding, care interactions, clinical touchpoints) with enterprise platform responsibilities (APIs, integrations, customization layers), ensuring features work seamlessly across all partner systems rather than one-off builds. You need 4+ years of B2B2C product management experience with strong technical fluency in APIs and platform architecture, proven success shipping end-user experiences that mattered in partnerships, and systems-thinking ability to build primitives that scale. Counsel is a well-funded AI-native medical group founded in 2023 with $35M raised from a16z and Google Ventures, combining deep clinical expertise (Harvard, Mt. Sinai, UCSF) with top-tier technologists; you'll have direct access to leadership and be shaping how care reaches patients. This role is based in their NYC office and requires NYC area presence with genuine excitement about working on-site.
