You'll need 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, fluency in Spanish, a consultative selling approach, and a track record of selling innovation to large organizations; experience in data/analytics and early-stage startups are desired. The base salary range is $145,000–$150,000 USD plus commission, equity, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k match, parental leave). The role requires 30–50% travel and is fully remote, though based on the territory description it's effectively covering Latin America.
