Lead AI Delivery Manager at DataRobot's Federal Professional Services team, responsible for owning the full customer lifecycle—from early engagement through delivery execution to expansion and renewal—for a portfolio of federal government clients. Primary responsibilities include serving as trusted advisor and strategic delivery leader for government customers, managing technical project delivery with rigor, translating mission needs into DataRobot solutions, navigating federal procurement and compliance requirements (ATO, IL5/IL6, TS authorization), and driving account growth and retention. Required: 7+ years in professional services or technical advisory roles in federal/defense markets with proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder government programs at senior levels; PMP/PMI-ACP/CSM or equivalent project management certification; strong executive communication skills and ability to translate ambiguous requirements into scoped engagements; working knowledge of AI/ML methodologies, Python, federal security frameworks (RMF, FedRAMP), and cloud platforms; experience with federal contract vehicles (JWCC, GSA Schedule, OTA). Hard requirement: active TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship (CI Poly strongly preferred); willingness to travel up to 90% on-site during active delivery phases, with DC metro area as primary location. Experience with agentic AI delivery, management consulting backgrounds (Booz Allen, Deloitte Federal, etc.), and familiarity with enterprise AI platforms like DataRobot or Palantir are strong bonus points.
