Demandbase, a B2B pipeline AI platform, is hiring a VP, Revenue Operations to own the infrastructure and systems powering the company's go-to-market engine, reporting to the CFO. The role spans five core pillars: Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Revenue Analytics, Systems & Tools, and Deal Desk governance, requiring leadership across territory design, forecasting, marketing tech stack management, predictive analytics, revenue technology roadmap execution, and deal pricing oversight. You'll need 15+ years in revenue operations or GTM strategy, 7+ years of progressive people leadership, hands-on expertise in both sales and marketing operations at senior level, deep Salesforce and modern revenue tech stack proficiency (Marketo/HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft, CPQ), advanced analytical skills including SQL and BI platforms, and strong financial fluency with SaaS metrics. Demandbase is a $200M+ ARR B2B SaaS company recognized as one of the best places to work in the San Francisco Bay Area, with offices across six global locations including San Francisco, New York, Austin, Seattle, India, and the UK. This is a strategic C-suite-level role managing a team of 20–35 across multiple functions, with experience at similar-scale companies and prior VP-level CFO/CRO reporting lines being preferred.
