Devoted Health is hiring a Medicare Advantage Bid Strategy & Analytics Associate Director to own benefit design, financial modeling, and competitive positioning across their multi-state plan portfolio. The role spans strategic product decisions down to individual benefit parameters, requiring you to build financial models connecting benefit choices to plan economics, develop algorithms that generate benefit values across hundreds of plans, conduct market and competitive analysis, and write production SQL and Python to automate the bid cycle—with an emphasis on using AI tools fluently as core infrastructure. You'll need 5–8 years of direct MA experience at a health plan or actuarial firm (Milliman, Wakely, Oliver Wyman level), rock-solid understanding of bid mechanics and MCR constraints, fluency in complex SQL (Snowflake) and Python, and the ability to operate independently with strong business judgment in ambiguous situations.
