You'll own long-term account growth for a portfolio of enterprise clients, identify expansion opportunities across the product suite, conduct data-driven quarterly business reviews, and serve as the voice of the customer to influence product development. The role requires 5–8 years of B2B SaaS customer success or account management experience, proven ability to manage accounts with $500K+ ARR, fluency with Salesforce and enterprise sales dynamics, and a consultative approach to working with C-suite executives in a complex, regulated industry. Compensation ranges from $94K–$140K plus equity, full benefits, and tech allowance, with the role based in a US or Canadian market where Dutchie operates. Prior cannabis or retail tech experience is valued, and this is a white-glove, high-touch role suited for someone who thrives managing multiple stakeholders across operational, product, and executive levels.
