Partner Success Manager at Stadium Goods leading the dropship partner program, managing a team of two specialists while personally overseeing a portfolio of partner accounts including boutiques, brands, and suppliers. You'll balance hands-on account management with team leadership, developing your reports, building partner relationships, and driving retention and growth strategy for the dropship program. Required experience includes team management, account management or partnership roles, and demonstrated ability to develop junior staff; comfort with data dashboards and KPIs is essential.
