Finix, a $175M+ Series C-funded full-stack payment processor, is seeking a Senior Product Designer for their San Francisco office to own complex product areas end-to-end while partnering closely with leadership on design direction and team quality. You'll design and ship high-impact B2B features from concept to production, act as a hands-on individual contributor, mentor other designers, and work with product and engineering to shape what gets built. The role requires 6+ years of product design experience, a strong track record shipping complex B2B products, the ability to make decisions with incomplete information, and meticulous attention to detail producing implementation-ready designs. Fintech or payments experience and familiarity with data-heavy products are nice-to-haves; this is an IC4-IC5 level role paying $170K–$245K base plus equity, requiring in-office presence 4 days per week.
