Fireblocks' Yield Team is hiring an experienced Backend Developer to architect and integrate Digital Asset Yield protocols on their blockchain infrastructure platform, trusted by institutions like BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, and Revolut. You'll design secure, scalable backend systems for digital asset products (lending, staking), conduct deep research into blockchain vulnerabilities, and integrate AI/ML solutions to detect security anomalies and optimize capital efficiency. Required: 8+ years as a Backend Engineer with a security-first mindset, proven experience shipping production code, deep knowledge of common crypto vulnerabilities (reentrancy, oracle manipulation), extensive Node.js expertise in Kubernetes/CI-CD environments, and experience with AI tools like Claude Code and building agents/RAG systems. Advantages include blockchain/digital asset yield infrastructure experience, C++ proficiency for performance-critical work, and full-stack awareness including secure web practices.
