Strong networking fundamentals, help desk platform experience (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshdesk), working knowledge of MDM tools like JAMF or Intune, and hands-on scripting/automation skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python are required. This is an individual contributor role where you'll mentor junior analysts and participate in on-call rotations. A genuine interest in AI and automation, plus the instinct to question why processes remain manual, is essential—Fixify specifically values people who see patterns across tickets and want to build solutions, not just resolve incidents.

Fixify is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own the multi-quarter architectural direction of their Integrations Platform, which currently powers hundreds of integrations across ticketing, identity, knowledge, and endpoint systems and will soon support authoring by FDEs, contractors, and AI agents. You'd drive integration strategy (taxonomy, prioritization, vendor relations), design non-API patterns (webhooks, OAuth, browser automation, iPaaS bridges), build the authoring framework that lets external teams extend safely, and establish platform-wide testing infrastructure—all while coaching the team through design reviews and pairing sessions rather than becoming a bottleneck. You need 8+ years building scalable SaaS, deep TypeScript/Node.js/AWS fluency, hands-on experience with webhooks, OAuth, and at least one advanced integration pattern, plus demonstrated SDK or authoring-framework design work. This is explicitly a multiplier role, not a solo-wins portfolio: you'll share escalation load, take maintenance rotation, and treat operability as part of platform design, with direct customer feedback informing your architectural calls.
