Havenly Brands is hiring a Manager, Paid Social to lead paid acquisition across seven home and lifestyle brands including Havenly, Interior Define, and Burrow. You'll own ~$20M+ in annual paid social budget, managing day-to-day strategy and optimization across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit while running structured creative tests and reporting on campaign performance. The role requires 6+ years of hands-on paid social experience with deep Meta expertise, meaningful work on at least two additional platforms, and proven management of $10M+ budgets (preferably $20M+); DTC e-commerce background is essential, with home/lifestyle category experience preferred. You'll partner closely with data, engineering, and creative teams to drive incrementality testing, feed management for 200k+ SKUs, and deployment of AI tools to accelerate optimization workflows. This is a high-ownership position in a lean environment managing multi-brand complexity across different funnels and goals—you need strong creative intuition, fluency with attribution tools like Rockerbox, and comfort using AI as a genuine workflow accelerator.
