Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field, 10+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience in high-growth technical environments, proven success building sourcing strategies in scaling organizations, and strong commercial negotiation skills across complex agreements. Preferred experience includes aerospace/defense or advanced manufacturing background, understanding of supplier industrialization and production scale-up, and procurement certifications (CPSM, CPM, CIPS, or MBA). This is a highly autonomous, cross-functional role requiring ability to operate in ambiguity and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
