The TAM will serve as a trusted advisor to strategic government customers, owning post-sales relationships and ensuring successful Zero Trust deployments through architectural guidance, product advocacy, and cross-functional coordination. Required qualifications include 5–10 years supporting SaaS enterprise software, strong cybersecurity knowledge (ideally with technical certifications), deep communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience deploying enterprise security solutions in regulated environments. Bonus qualifications include direct DoD/Air Force experience, familiarity with RMF/ATO processes and STIG hardening, and knowledge of defense integrators.
