Iru, an AI-powered security and IT platform backed by General Catalyst and valued at $850 million, is seeking a Senior Finance & Accounting Manager, Revenue to join its Finance team reporting to the Head of Finance & Accounting. The role bridges technical accounting compliance and strategic finance, requiring ownership of the revenue accounting lifecycle under ASC 606 while also managing ARR waterfall reporting, financial analytics, and revenue forecast models for leadership. You'll handle month-end close operations, SaaS metrics reporting (LTV, CAC, NRR), complex data reconciliations between billing and ERP systems, and support cross-functional teams on product launches and bespoke deals. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of revenue accounting experience in SaaS/subscription B2B tech, deep ASC 606 knowledge, advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, and hands-on ERP and billing platform experience (Stripe, HubSpot).
