Langfuse is hiring a Developer Relations Engineer focused on events and community to represent the LLM observability platform at conferences, meetups, workshops, and customer events. The role involves organizing in-person technical education, giving talks, running demos, and building community momentum. Based in Berlin/San Francisco with significant travel required; remote-first for EU candidates with one week/month in Berlin.

This is a Cloud Infrastructure/SRE role at Langfuse, an open-source LLM observability platform (tracing, evaluation, prompt management) now part of ClickHouse, serving 19 Fortune 50 companies and processing over a billion trace events monthly. You'll own production operations on AWS ECS Fargate and ClickHouse Cloud, build observability infrastructure with Datadog, and maintain self-hosted deployment options (Helm charts, Docker Compose) for thousands of teams. Required experience includes production AWS operations (ECS/Fargate, networking, IAM), container orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation), and strong monitoring/observability skills; ClickHouse Cloud experience is a bonus. The company is small, engineering-heavy, based in Berlin and San Francisco with an expectation of one week per month in the Berlin office; they can complete hiring in under 7 days.
