Nanonets is hiring a Technical Engagement Manager to own the post-sale customer journey for their AI automation platform, ensuring customers achieve meaningful business outcomes by serving as the primary point of contact between customers, product, and engineering teams. The role combines stakeholder management with hands-on delivery ownership, requiring you to translate customer requirements into technical documentation, manage multi-customer project backlogs, coordinate with internal teams on implementation timelines, and advocate for customer feedback internally. You'll need 3+ years in a technical engagement, implementation, or solutions role with either a technical degree or software engineering background, plus demonstrated ability to manage complex SaaS implementations, discuss APIs and integrations, and handle both technical and non-technical stakeholders simultaneously. Nanonets is backed by Accel and Y Combinator with $29M Series B funding, 34% Fortune 500 customer base, and tripling year-over-year revenue. This is a fully remote position with a base salary of €100,000–€140,000 depending on location and experience, though a technical background is required (BS in CS/Engineering or prior development experience is non-negotiable).
