NetBox Labs is hiring a TechOps Engineer to join their Customer Success team, focused on resolving complex technical escalations and eliminating friction points in the NetBox product ecosystem. You'll own high-severity customer issues end-to-end (triage through RCA), drive the plugin compatibility strategy to reduce upgrade risk, and create scaled technical enablement through runbooks, guides, and workshops that prevent repeat incidents. The role requires demonstrated TechOps or Solutions Engineering experience, strong proficiency in Python and SQL, solid Linux administration skills, and deep familiarity with NetBox and its plugin landscape; nice-to-haves include Kubernetes, observability tools, and CI/CD experience.
