The hybrid Washington DC position (4 days onsite) is embedded in a fast-growing fintech backed by Andreessen Horowitz and other leading VCs.

Nitra seeks a People Operations Associate to build the operational backbone of HR from the ground up as a Series B company scaling toward unicorn status. Responsibilities include designing and operating systems for performance reviews, compensation, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and manager enablement across the organization. The hybrid New York position (4 days onsite) offers a high-ownership opportunity to define people operations processes and infrastructure during rapid growth.
