The role requires 4+ years of analytics experience (ideally at a healthcare startup), strong SQL and data manipulation skills, familiarity with clinical data tools and EMR systems, and deep knowledge of healthcare quality metrics and HIPAA compliance; experience with dbt, Python, and visualization tools like Tableau or Hex is preferred. Compensation ranges from $132,100–$142,600 (Geo 1) to $152,000–$164,000 (Geo 3, including CA, NY, MA, and others), plus equity, comprehensive benefits, generous PTO, and paid parental leave.
