You'll be the primary technical and strategic contact for complex accounts, architecting Orb integrations with systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, and data pipelines while serving as the escalation point for implementation and post-go-live issues. The role requires 10+ years in technical post-sales (solutions engineering, implementation consulting, or TAM), deep hands-on experience building or guiding integrations between SaaS platforms and enterprise systems, and proficiency with APIs, webhooks, event streaming, and SQL. You should be a systems thinker who moves with urgency, translates between business and technical requirements, and has a strong track record managing multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships; billing or fintech experience is a strong plus.
