Technical Account Manager, Enterprise
HQ-San FranciscoOrb is hiring a Technical Account Manager for Enterprise to own onboarding, implementation, and long-term success for their largest billing software customers. You'll be the primary technical and strategic contact for complex accounts, architecting Orb integrations with systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, and data pipelines while serving as the escalation point for implementation and post-go-live issues. The role requires 10+ years in technical post-sales (solutions engineering, implementation consulting, or TAM), deep hands-on experience building or guiding integrations between SaaS platforms and enterprise systems, and proficiency with APIs, webhooks, event streaming, and SQL. You should be a systems thinker who moves with urgency, translates between business and technical requirements, and has a strong track record managing multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships; billing or fintech experience is a strong plus. Orb is backed by $44.1M in funding from top investors and works with companies like Vercel, Pinecone, and Replit. The role is hybrid (3 days/week in SF Bay Area or NYC office, or 1x per quarter in-person for remote), and compensation includes meaningful equity, unlimited PTO, 16-week paid parental leave, and a $44.1M-backed company trajectory.
