Orkes is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to own reliability, availability, and performance of their production platform—a workflow orchestration system born from Netflix's open-source Conductor project that powers billions of mission-critical workflows across fintech, e-commerce, logistics, and healthcare. You'll define SLIs/SLOs, lead incident response, improve observability, automate operational workflows, and partner with engineering teams to enhance system resiliency while supporting Kubernetes-based infrastructure at scale. The role requires 5+ years of SRE/DevOps/Platform Engineering experience, strong cloud platform knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure), hands-on Kubernetes expertise, distributed systems understanding, and proficiency with observability tools and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Python.
