ParentSquare, a Santa Barbara-based education communications platform serving 22M+ students, is hiring a Staff Engineer to lead technical strategy and AI adoption across their engineering organization. This is a high-influence role (one level below Principal) focused on cross-functional leadership with product and exec teams, AI evangelism within the engineering org, and architecting scalable systems handling school communications at scale.
