Paxos is hiring a Manager, Network Operations & Strategy to own strategic initiatives and operational excellence for the Global Dollar Network, a regulated infrastructure powering digital asset movement. You'll define high-leverage programs end-to-end—from problem framing through execution—including setting KPIs, coordinating cross-functional teams (legal, finance, product, business development), and improving operational processes with AI-enabled workflows. The role requires 7–10 years in product management, management consulting (top-tier firm only), product/business operations, or partner management, with strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making ability, and proven experience applying AI to business processes; digital assets experience is preferred but not required. You'll work directly with senior leadership and external partners, synthesizing complex decisions into clear narratives and maintaining alignment across Account Management, Business Development, Finance, Legal, Ops, and Product. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, has exceptional communication skills, and genuine curiosity about regulated financial infrastructure. The position offers the chance to shape company-wide strategy and become a key leader influencing GDN growth and evolution.
