LondonPigment, an AI-powered business planning platform backed by $400M in funding and recognized as a Visionary in the 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant, is hiring an Engagement Manager to lead implementations for strategic customers across their 500+ person global team. The role owns end-to-end customer delivery, translating complex business problems into scalable solutions, leading executive workshops with C-suite stakeholders, and coordinating cross-functional teams (Solution Architects, AI Architects, modelers) to accelerate time-to-value. You'll need 4–8 years of consulting, tech, or data-driven experience, a degree from a top-tier institution, and background from leading professional services firms or tier-one technology companies, plus strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in FP&A, supply chain, operations, or exposure to data platforms and AI tools is preferred. This is a hybrid role offering high ownership, exposure to enterprise customers like Unilever and Snowflake, and clear progression into leadership—specifically targeting high-potential talent from top consulting backgrounds who want to work at the intersection of business transformation and AI.
