Rockwell Automation seeks a ServiceNow Senior Developer to lead and oversee the ServiceNow Enterprise platform, reporting to the IT Manager. Key responsibilities include configuring ITSM modules and CMDB/ITAM repositories, managing platform health and uptime, overseeing integrations with third-party systems, conducting yearly upgrades, and mentoring ServiceNow admins while driving compliance across ITSM processes. Required qualifications are a bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent certification) plus 8+ years of ServiceNow ITSM experience including administration, configuration, and development in enterprise environments, with strong knowledge of incident/change/problem management and API-led integrations. The role demands ServiceNow Developer Certification (strongly preferred), ITIL Foundations V3 or V4 certification, and expertise in advanced scripting of business rules and workflows. This is a hybrid position based at a Rockwell location with mandatory office presence Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
