Postman is hiring a senior infrastructure engineer for Postman Insights, an early-stage product within the API platform that helps developers find and fix production issues by analyzing network traffic in real-time. You'll design and scale backend infrastructure to process time-series data at large scale, build AI algorithms for network analysis, own the engineering roadmap for the team, and contribute to hiring and team growth. The role requires 7+ years shipping production software, proven ability to scale large systems, a track record of independent delivery or team leadership on significant projects, and strong cross-functional communication skills; experience with time-series data is a nice-to-have. The base salary ranges from $210k–$240k plus competitive equity, and the role is based in San Francisco Bay Area with a mandatory 5 days/week in-office requirement.
