You'll own commercial outcomes by identifying expansion opportunities, leading renewal negotiations, and collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers to balance revenue targets with customer value delivery. This role requires 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in Account Management or Sales, a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, and strong multithreading and executive relationship skills—with the ability to translate complex technical product features into business value. You must be based in San Francisco (or willing to relocate) and comfortable with daily customer interaction via chat and video, plus disciplined CRM usage and data-driven pipeline management. This is explicitly an in-person role requiring San Francisco relocation if not already based there.
