Raisin, a FinTech platform connecting consumers with banks across the EU, UK, and US, is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for Fraud Strategy & Operations within its Risk and Fraud Operations team. You'll design and deploy fraud prevention rules, build predictive machine learning models to detect anomalies across customer journeys, and develop data-driven dashboards tracking fraud metrics and mitigation performance—balancing hands-on technical execution with strategic initiatives. Required are 8+ years in fraud risk, financial crime, or analytics in fintech/banking, advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for modeling and dashboard building, and deep knowledge of deposits and ACH systems; experience with instant payment systems like RTP/FedNow is strongly preferred. The role reports to the Head of Risk and Fraud Operations and involves close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to implement real-time fraud controls. Compensation is $120k–$140k USD with flexible hours, 28 days PTO from day one, 5% 401k match, healthcare coverage, and $2,200 annual development budget.
