This role is in Rakuten Mobile's Area Business Promotion Department, Electronics Retailer Sales Group, focused on driving sales growth through mass retail channels like electronics retailers. You'll own end-to-end sales strategy and execution, including negotiating with retailer headquarters on targets and promotions, building relationships with regional and store managers nationwide, analyzing market conditions to develop regional strategies, and providing training and support to store staff. Required experience includes sales in mass retail, telecom, or consumer goods with demonstrated success in B2B/agency sales, headquarters negotiations, strategic planning tied to performance metrics, and multi-stakeholder project coordination; a TOEIC 600+ score is mandatory and fluent Japanese is essential. Supervisor experience managing multiple stores and mobile product sales background are strongly preferred. The role requires flexibility for domestic and international travel and potential relocation, with the team comprising 18 people across three assistant managers and multiple members.
