This backend engineering role sits within the Product & Tech team, focusing on APIs, payments, integration services, and the reporting data platform. You'll design and build secure, scalable software solutions using C#, T-SQL, and AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SES, SQS), while troubleshooting production issues and promoting code quality across the platform. Required experience includes 3+ years of software engineering, proficiency in C# .NET 6+, SQL Server optimization, CI/CD practices, and cloud platform expertise—with particular strength valued in transactional systems, payment processing, or high-availability infrastructure.
