You'll execute high-volume outbound prospecting (60+ daily calls, personalized emails, social selling), conduct discovery calls to qualify leads, schedule product demos, and collaborate with Account Executives to build pipeline using their sales methodology and tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ChiliPiper). The role requires 0-4 years of professional experience, exceptional communication skills, a coachable mindset, strong organization, and technical aptitude—recent graduates and career changers are welcome. Convex invests heavily in SDR success with a structured 2-month enablement program, one-on-one coaching, clear paths to advancement (Account Executive, Sales Manager, Customer Success), and competitive compensation including base pay ($26.93–$28.85/hour depending on location) plus variable commission and equity.
