Parcel GTM Manager
RemoteStord, a rapidly scaling commerce fulfillment and logistics platform managing $10B+ in annual commerce, seeks a Manager of Parcel GTM to lead go-to-market strategy and operations for its Customer Experience and M&A business lines. You'll oversee a team of 2-3 Senior Analysts while owning the full GTM lifecycle from deal modeling through implementation, driving margin optimization, network analytics, and process standardization for small parcel and direct-to-consumer shipping. Required experience includes 5+ years in parcel logistics, supply chain engineering, or GTM strategy; deep expertise in small parcel costing, domestic/international shipping, fulfillment operations, and team leadership in high-growth environments; and proficiency with Excel, data visualization tools (DOMO/Tableau), and parcel simulation modeling. The role reports directly to the Director of Parcel GTM and involves managing complex M&A migrations, building proprietary tools with AI integration (Gemini/Claude), and ensuring seamless handoffs to implementation teams. Stord is Atlanta-headquartered with facilities across North America and Europe, backed by top-tier investors including Kleiner Perkins and Salesforce Ventures, and is on track to double revenue in 18 months.
