Core responsibilities include developing the change narrative, creating seller-facing communications, translating technical concepts into actionable content, capturing field feedback to iterate approach, and tracking adoption metrics against success criteria. You need 10+ years in change management, organizational transformation, or strategic communications; proven ability to navigate complex sales organization changes; exceptional written communication skills; and experience with multi-channel communications for large global audiences. Preferred qualifications include ProSci certification, experience supporting AI tooling adoption in sales/GTM, and background scaling sales communications in SaaS or fintech.
