Required experience includes 4+ years in product management in fast-paced tech environments, demonstrated ability to develop product strategy and execute multi-team initiatives, strong interest in AI-driven products with understanding of LLMs and automation, and comfort navigating technically complex systems and dependencies. Nice-to-have experience includes building internal tools or working with clinical/operations teams.
