You'll architect highly available data services that process petabyte-scale blockchain transaction data in real-time, design complex ETL pipelines and data models for sub-second query latency, and oversee deployment of large database clusters while collaborating across product and engineering teams. The base salary range is $190,000–$220,000 plus equity participation, and the role requires strong AI fluency, comfort operating with ambiguity at a high-velocity pace, and proven ability to ship projects in days rather than months.
