You'll own the company's digital communications strategy across LinkedIn and social channels, creating content that translates complex AI and defense technology for military, government, and enterprise audiences while building and analyzing targeted paid campaigns. The role requires 5+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand gen with proven LinkedIn advertising experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to simplify technical concepts for external audiences; startup experience is essential. Preferred qualifications include a background in defense, cybersecurity, AI, or B2B SaaS, plus familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and account-based marketing.
