Twilio is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Flex product team's Billing & Backend division, responsible for leading a team of software engineers to expand the feature set and market reach of Flex, Twilio's contact center platform. You'll own team success and delivery of customer experiences while managing multiple workstreams, advocating for agile practices and automation, and operating complex 24/7 distributed systems in cloud environments. The role requires 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years managing software teams, a CS/Engineering degree, and technical expertise in REST APIs, Java/GoLang, relational databases, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools like Datadog. This is a remote position based in India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra, or New Delhi), with occasional travel for in-person meetings.
