Webull is hiring a Business Development Senior Associate to help launch and expand their new institutional brokerage and clearing platform serving fintechs, RIAs, introducing brokers, and proprietary trading firms. You'll own the full sales cycle from sourcing and qualifying institutional partners through onboarding, manage pipeline hygiene, prepare pitches and materials, and coordinate across Product, Ops, Legal, and Compliance to move deals forward. The role requires 3–6+ years of business development or institutional sales experience in brokerage/fintech, strong understanding of clearing and settlement infrastructure, and proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder B2B opportunities. You should be comfortable with outbound prospecting, API/platform partnership evaluation, and presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences; international relationships are a plus. This is an early-stage institutional play for a scaled consumer brokerage platform, making it ideal for someone who wants exposure to enterprise sales and fintech partnerships while shaping go-to-market motion.
