Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Supply Chain; 1–3 years of experience in allocation, planning, or merchandising (preferably wholesale/consumer products); advanced Excel skills; and strong analytical and communication abilities. The position is based in Boston, MA with relocation expected, and offers a competitive salary of $90,000–$140,000 plus meaningful equity. A notable requirement is a strong commitment to embracing AI tools in day-to-day work, with the expectation that AI-assisted work meets the same quality standards as personal contributions.
