The Head of GTM Strategy & Operations role owns end-to-end revenue operations transformation—from sales systems and Salesforce management to forecasting, commission design, and team leadership of a growing RevOps function. WorkWhile seeks a Staff Software Engineer, Frontend to own and evolve frontend systems across product areas, partner on technical strategy, lead high-impact initiatives (architectural evolution, performance, UX foundations), establish standards, and mentor engineers. Requires significant React/JavaScript experience, track record scaling frontend systems, deep UX/performance care, ability to operate in ambiguity, and mentoring capability. Salary: $220–250k. Remote (San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Toronto hubs).
