Accountabilities:

    • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned top-tier accounts, building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and senior decision-makers
    • Own ongoing client engagement cadence, including executive meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions
    • Develop and maintain client-specific HCM strategies aligned with workforce planning, operational goals, and business priorities
    • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to design, implement, and support tailored HR, payroll, benefits, tax, compliance, and workforce solutions
    • Translate client needs into structured action plans, ensuring accountability, tracking, and resolution of all key initiatives
    • Act as escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring timely resolution and proactive risk mitigation
    • Monitor client health indicators, identify attrition risks, and implement retention strategies
    • Maintain client roadmaps, tracking milestones, deliverables, and outcomes across multiple initiatives
    • Conduct detailed documentation of client interactions, including recaps, action items, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
    • Identify upselling and expansion opportunities by aligning additional services with evolving client needs
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field; MBA preferred
      • 7+ years of experience in strategic account management, client relationship management, or HCM/PEO services
      • Strong expertise in HR operations, payroll, benefits, tax, compliance, and workforce management solutions
      • Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust with executive-level stakeholders
      • Demonstrated success managing complex client portfolios and delivering measurable business outcomes
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with strong executive presence
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
      • Strong understanding of HCM platforms, HR technologies, and enterprise service delivery models
      • Experience identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue expansion within existing accounts
      • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability
