One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Neonatal Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), you will help Mercy San Juan Medical Center's nursing staff by advancing the practice of nursing and fostering professional development within our 40-bed Level III NICU so staff can provide the highest quality evidence-based care to our most vulnerable patients.  Every day you will lead clinical activities and projects, apply advanced clinical expertise and promote evidence-based practices within the neonatal department.
